Founded in 2022 and based in Staten Island, New York, W. Ironworks Inc. is committed to delivering quality metal fabrication and welding with precision, reliability, and attention to detail. From fabrication and finishing to delivery and installation, our team focuses on quality throughout every stage of the project. What We Do
We specialize in a wide range of iron and steel solutions, including structural steel work, railings, gates, fences, and custom ornamental ironwork. Whether the job calls for heavy structural strength or fine decorative detail, our team handles it in-house, from initial design and fabrication through finishing, delivery, and installation.
Our Shop & Equipment
Our Staten Island fabrication shop is equipped with laser cutting, SMAW, MIG, and TIG welding machines, saw machines, magnetic drills, and press drills — giving us the capability to take on custom work of any size or complexity. We also offer professional powder coating finishes, so every piece we build is protected against the elements and finished to a clean, lasting standard.
Design & Craftsmanship
Beyond structural work, we take pride in our ornamental design capabilities — creating custom floral, geometric, and abstract metalwork for clients who want their ironwork to be as much a design statement as a functional one.
From Fabrication to Installation
Unlike shops that only fabricate or only install, W. Ironworks Inc. manages the full process ourselves. Our own delivery trucks bring finished materials directly to your jobsite, and our installation team completes the job on-site — so you're working with one accountable contractor from concept to completion, not multiple subcontractors.
Meet the Owner
W. Ironworks Inc. is owned and operated by Abbes Belamkadem, a licensed welder (DOB NOW License #15452, valid through 2029) and AWS Certified professional with a background in mechanical and production engineering. Abbes brings over a decade of hands-on experience in metal fabrication and structural welding, as well as mechanical service leadership roles earlier in his career.
Since founding W. Ironworks Inc. in 2022, Abbes has personally overseen every project, from CNC laser programming and fabrication to final installation, bringing the same precision and safety standards to every job, whether it's a small residential repair or a large-scale NYC SCA public project.
